Oh well, it looks like I spoke too soon. Here is my most recent post. There really is no effective way that they can counter it so, I don't really feel the need to say all that much more, aside from the brief commentary now and then.

Oh, there's also the relative anonymity of being on the web so, it isn't like getting in somebody's face, and dealing with it on that level. I am rarely given the opportunity to do this, neither am I looking for it. Also, it isn't just the folks who give you a bad time that read the posts. There are others who might benefit from reading them as well.

The Bible has some scriptures about light and the eye:

The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! ~ Matthew 6:22-23

The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.

If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light. ~ Luke 11:34-36
