I think that the Lulu website is a little confusing. I have a PO box so I put my residential address in the shipping information. Usually, they'll have a place to enter both the shipping and billing information side by side. There is a link at the top that says billing but it doesn't work.

Fast forward:

Well, I guess I was making it too complicated. When I went to the checkout to enter my credit card information, there was a place to enter my billing address there.
